Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on orders across Pakistan.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and all other cities served by our courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and most arrive within 5–7 working days after dispatch. Large plants and furniture may take a little longer.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 10,000. Orders below Rs 10,000 have a flat Rs 200 delivery charge.

Are your plants real or artificial?

Most of our plants and trees are high-quality artificial plants that need no water, sunlight or maintenance. Each product page states what you are buying.

Do planters come with plants?

Only when the product title or description says so. Many plants are offered with or without a pot; choose the option on the product page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Damaged, defective or incorrect items can be replaced or refunded if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days. See our Return & Refund Policy.
